Corporate Plan
Angus Council's Corporate Plan 2007-12 was approved by the Strategic Policy Committee of 30 October 2007. The plan contains corporate objectives and priorities which remain constant for the life of the plan and are supported by an annual management action plan of actions and developments. The management action plan is updated annually to include actions from individual departmental service plans.
Progress against the actions within the corporate management action plan are monitored through the council's Excelsis performance management system, with a mid-year progress report and full year review submitted to committee. These reports can be found in committee reports on this site.
When producing service plans, departments are required to show which corporate priority each action contributes to. This means that departments deliver on the objectives and priorities set out in the corporate plan.
