Accepted in the WEEE skip at recycling centres
- scooters
- funboards
- ride-on toy cars (that is, any electric vehicle that is a toy, diversion or leisure equipment)
Remove batteries if you can.
Not accepted at recycling centres:
- three and four-wheeled mobility scooters
- electric wheelchairs
- any other electric vehicles with the intended and advertised purpose of transporting persons or goods from one point to another
Return, sell or donate
If you have an unwanted electric wheelchair or mobility scooter, consider selling or donating it. You may be able to return it to the company you bought it from.
