Disabled Rates Relief

If the property meets any of the criteria detailed below, you may be entitled to relief:

  • residential accommodation for the care of people suffering, or who have suffered, illness
  • training or work for people suffering, or who have suffered, illness
  • provision of welfare services for disabled persons
  • provision of facilities under Section 15 of The Disabled Persons (Employment) Act 1944
  • provision of a workshop or other facilities under Section 3(1) of the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act 1958.
