Active School volunteers assist with and run various clubs around Angus. By volunteering with Active Schools you can help out your local school and community. You'll also gain valuable experience in coaching and working with children and young people.
"Each year, Dundee & Angus College receives hundreds of applications to study Sports coaching, Fitness and Health. The applications which really stand out are those individuals who have supplemented their formal qualifications with volunteering experience. Taking full advantage of opportunities offered by Angus Active schools demonstrates that they have a difference to their communities, developed new skills and ultimately enhanced their future prospects."
Sarah Ramminger - Head of Curriculum and Quality, Sports and Fitness at Dundee & Angus College
