Removals of garden waste bins from properties where the subscription has been cancelled may take longer than our usual five working days, as we implement changes to bin collections.
We are dealing with requests as quickly as we can. Please bear with us and do not contact us unless it has been longer than 10 working days since you submitted the cancellation form.
Once you have applied for the garden waste collection service you will have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
After the 14 days, you can cancel the service at any time, but we will not issue any refunds for part years.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you. We will do this as quickly as possible, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you will pay us an amount which is in proportion to the service that has been received until you have told us you wish to cancel the service.
