Carriageway resurfacing work will begin on the A935 at Arrat Bridge from Thursday 5 December and are scheduled to last for approximately seven working days.
The works are to be carried out under a working hours road closure between the hours of 09:00 – 16:00, out with these hours temporary traffic lights will be in operation. The signed diversion route will be as follows:
A935 – A933 – A934 – A92 – A935 and the reverse.
Vehicle access to properties will be extremely limited during working hours and anyone requiring access/egress should speak to Roads Staff at the work site and they will assist.
Bin collections will not be affected, and bins should be put out as normal.
Please contact the council if you, or anyone you know who lives or works in the affected area has any special needs, particularly with regard to access or mobility and we will make any necessary arrangements.
Public transport will be affected by the work and notices will be posted at bus stops to inform of any changes and alternative stops.
