General conditions of contract
There are five separate sets of standard Angus Council general conditions of contract. The terms which apply to the given order or contract are the ones either (a) corresponding to the subject matter of the order, or (b) explicitly referred to in the contract documents.
The conditions are:
- consultancy services
- provision of services
- purchase of goods
- sale of goods
- supply of goods and installation / other related services
- supply of software and / or software support
These conditions will apply to the order or contract unless expressly varied or agreed otherwise in writing by us, irrespective and to the exclusion of suppliers' standard trading terms published on its website, printed on the reverse of its invoices, etc.
