A property enquiry certificate costs £81.71 and includes the following information on the building concerned:
- any building warrants issued since 1993
- any planning applications from the past five years
- confirmation whether the property is affected by the Angus Local Development Plan
- outstanding improvement / repairs grants
- environmental and consumer protection orders or notices served on the property
- information as to whether we maintain the property's carriageway(s) / footway(s) / verge(s)
- licensing details: only applies to properties issued with a commercial licence
