Who can apply?
Applications must be supported by a needs assessment completed by a care manager.
Applicants will normally be 60 years of age or older. Younger people who meet the criteria and would benefit from this accommodation may also be considered.
Applicants will have long term care and support needs which can be met by the onsite care and support. Their care and support needs may be unpredictable and require unplanned intervention.
We will also consider if applicants would benefit from the safety and security of supported housing and access to communal facilities.
What costs are involved?
Angus Council sets standard charges for rent and services which are reviewed annually.
