Park Rules
In order to ensure both your own and other’s enjoyment we ask that you observe the following rules:
- Disposable barbecues must be kept off of the grass and picnic benches. Picnic benches are not to be moved.
- Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times when on-site. No dog kennels are permitted.
- Do not tie washing lines between the trees. Caravan rotary driers are allowed.
- Only one vehicle per pitch, additional vehicles if space on the pitch may be parked for a fee of £3 per night.
- Campfires/firepits and chimineas are not permitted anywhere on site. No pop-up tents or gazebos.
- Please keep noise levels to an appropriate level during the day.
- Noise should be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 8am.
- The road around the park is a one-way system with a speed limit of 5mph, anyone not following this rule will have their fob access blocked.
- Please use the bins provided for general waste and recycling. We do not dispose of large and/or electrical items.
- No littering.
- No access to the play park between 10pm – 9am and no footballs anywhere on site. Do not climb on boundary fences or walls. Children are the responsibility of their parents/carers.
- The Pitch will be used for the location of a caravan as defined in section 29 of the Caravan Site and Control of Development Act 1960 as further supplemented by section 13 of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 (“the Property”) for holiday occupancy only. Customers will be asked to remove any caravan that does not comply. Temporary or permanent residential use of the Pitch is strictly prohibited, and the customer must provide evidence of primary residence elsewhere, upon request from the Landlord.
- Only caravans in a good external state of repair and condition will be allowed onto and to remain at South Links Holiday Park. The Customer shall throughout the duration of the stay keep the Property clean and tidy and carry out all necessary maintenance and repairs to the Property to maintain it in a good, clean and tidy condition.
- The customer will not do or permit to do anything upon the Pitch which may become a nuisance, annoyance, disturbance, inconvenience, injury or damage to the Landlord or its tenants or the other occupiers of the Site.
- The customer shall be bound not to bring or permit to be brought into or onto the Site, or to hold within the Property, any article or thing which is or which may become dangerous, noxious, offensive, radioactive, explosive or otherwise hazardous, or to carry on or do or permit to be carried on or done any dangerous or negligent act or omission.

- Water and Legionella Testing
- Electrical Inspections and Testing
- Electrical Hook-up Repairs
- Site Drainage and Sewerage Disposal
- Provision and Maintenance to Bin Stores
- Waste Collection/Recycling from Site
- Provision and Repairs to Toilet Block
- Provision of Laundry Facilities (open daily – seasonal opening hours)
- Provision and Repairs to Warden’s Office
- Provision of Warden Service to carry out site inspections and general maintenance
- Ground maintenance, including grass cutting, pruning of bushes, shrubs and trees and weed killing to Site
- Maintenance of Playpark Equipment
- Public Liability Insurance and Employer Liability insurance for Wardens
