Service updates
Brechin Road, Arbroath
Due to a gas leak outside Warddykes Primary School, Service 40 and Service 30 will be unable to serve Bruce Road and Brechin Road.
They will serve Brothock Way via Tarry Road and then return to Montrose Road.
The nearest alternative stops for passengers will be on Tarry Road at and opposite Tarry Dykes, Brothock Way at Sidlaw Avenue, Brothock Way Terminus, Montrose Road at and opposite the Saltire Centre, Montrose Road at Hayswell Road and Montrose Road opposite Hayshead Road.
SGN hopes these works will be completed within 5 days, but it could take up to 21 days.
Craigo bridge closure
Due to works affecting the bridge over the nearby rail line, a temporary bridge has been installed. Unfortunately, at this time, bus services are unable to use the temporary bridge and therefore a turning circle has been provided for bus services on the other side of the temporary bridge from Craigo.
From Thursday 30 January passengers wishing to board the S9, S40 and S47A should proceed to the area of hard standing provided to meet all the usual services at their normal times for Craigo.
