Notes
- Owners shall comply with the bylaws pertaining to the harbour and to specific management rules relating to the pontoon berths.
- Priority is given to requests for annual berths before seasonal berths.
- 6no. pontoon berths are allocated for visiting leisure boats.
- The council reserve the right to lease out any berth which is subject to an annual fee but is vacant for any period of time.
- When vessels on summer or winter season charges remain in the harbour after the designated period, then the weekly charge shall be applied for the period after the end of the season.
- VAT is added to the above charges for vessels under 15 tonnes. (20% or as amended)
- Vessel length refers to overall length.
