The current Angus Local Development Plan (LDP), which was adopted in September 2016, is undergoing a review.
The next Local Development Plan will be prepared under the new legislative requirements of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019. In line with current timescales for implementation of the Act, this is likely to see a new plan adopted in 2029-30.
