Due to resurfacing work on the B954, service 57 will be unable to operate between Meigle and Muirhead from Monday 14 April for up to 5 days (9am to 4pm only).
It will operate its normal route between Perth, Blairgowrie and Meigle then divert via the A94 to Coupar Angus and the A923 to Muirhead.
A shuttle service will be in operation between Meigle and Birkhill for passengers in these areas. The timetable is shown below. Unfortunately, the bus will be unable to serve the stretch of road between Coupar Angus at Liff Road and the works.

The shuttle bus will operate the B954 between Meigle and just south of North Dronley then divert via the unclassified road to Dronley/Grewar’s Farm Shop and into Muirhead via Dronley Road. Passengers to Dundee should wait for Service 57 at the stop near Dronley Road passengers to Blairgowrie and Perth should remain on the bus until it turns and catch their connection at the stop opposite Post Box Road. There is no need to cross the road on foot. We are unable to time the service to make connections in Meigle although passengers are welcome to catch the shuttle or Service 57 here.
Passengers attending the Health Centre should advise the driver and they can be dropped off here once the connections are met. You will need to advise the driver in advance if you require picked up from the Health Centre.
