Carer's emergency card

What would happen to the person you care for if you are in an accident or suddenly take ill?

Give yourself added reassurance by carrying a carer's emergency card.

This (credit card-sized) card tells others that you have a caring role. It shows your unique reference number and the emergency helpline number.

When someone calls the helpline we will get in touch with your emergency contacts and take appropriate action.

The emergency helpline is open 24 hours.

There is also a card for the person you care for so that people know they depend on you.
