Emergency repairs
An emergency is when there is an immediate danger to your health and safety, or serious damage to the property.
To report an emergency repair, call us any time on 03452 777 778.
Burst pipe
Turn your water off at the stop tap. Call us as soon as you can on 03452 777 778.
Electrical fault
If safe to do so, turn off your power supply at the main fuse box or meter. Call us as soon as you can on 03452 777 778.
Gas
If you smell gas, immediately:
- turn off all gas appliances
- put out any cigarettes
- open all doors and windows
- don’t use matches or naked flames
- turn the gas off at the meter
- don’t switch on any electrical switches or appliances
- don’t press buttons on the door entry systems.
Call emergency service company SGN as soon as you can on 0800 111 999.
